By accessing and using the services of SynthDream Labs Inc., you agree to the following terms:

1. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our platform, web application, and APIs for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2. User Responsibility for Content and Voice Cloning

When using our technology to clone voices, you represent and warrant that: • The audio recordings and any other data you provide are your own voice, or • You have obtained all necessary rights, permissions, and legal consents from the individual(s) whose voice is being cloned. • You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the technology does not infringe the rights of third parties. SynthDream Labs Inc. disclaims any liability arising from unauthorized or unlawful use of our technology, including but not limited to cloning voices without the necessary rights.

3. Prohibited Use

You may not: • Use the service for unlawful, defamatory, or abusive purposes. • Violate intellectual property rights of others. • Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or exploit our models beyond permitted use.

4. Subscriptions, Billing & Credits

Subscription fees are billed in advance per subscription period. All payments are final unless otherwise required by law. Credits are valid for 3 months and are always used on a first-in, first-out basis (oldest credits are used first). Expired credits are non-refundable and cannot be reactivated.

5. Intellectual Property

All models, code, algorithms, datasets, and infrastructure remain the exclusive property of SynthDream Labs Inc., unless otherwise agreed in writing (e.g., through a custom licensing agreement). Users retain ownership of their input data (e.g., audio recordings) but grant us a limited license to process such data solely for the purpose of providing the requested service.

6. Limitation of Liability

We make no guarantees of uninterrupted service or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or any harm caused by misuse of our services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware, USA, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
